DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR DETERGENT, SOFTNER, SCENT BOOSTER OR DRYER SHEETS?

WHEN WILL MY LAUNDRY BE PICKED UP?

Everything is included in the per-bag price. And you have a choice of scents to pick from or if you prefer to send your detergent with your bag, we are happy to use what you have provided. 

Pick up begins at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and drop off concludes at 5 p.m.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR PICKUP OR DELIVERY?

No, you do not have to be home for pick up or delivery. One of the best parts of our pickup and delivery service is that there is no waiting around. Simply place your laundry in a designated spot, and we will handle the rest. Most customers prefer to leave their items outside their front door.

If your location requires a gate code or specific instructions for our driver to access your laundry, please note these details in your account. You can also upload a photo of the pickup location for the driver to reference.

DO YOU OFFER DRY-CLEANING?

WHEN WILL BY CARD BE CHARGED?

We do not offer dry-cleaning at this time.

Please be advised that your card will not be charged until your laundry has been picked up.

You will be charged based on the number of 13-gallon kitchen bags you have.  Please note that using bags larger than a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag will result in charges for multiple bags, depending on the total volume of laundry.
